  • Miss Floral does not currently offer exchanges - just refunds!
  • Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. You know what we mean gals; keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
  • Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label has been cut/removed. 
  • If you are returning bikini bottoms or ladies briefs, it must be in its original packaging, all tags still attached and the hygiene slip must still be in place.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • You have 30 days from the date you received your items to make a return.   

Don’t forget to include your invoice/receipt which you’ll find in your package! This will enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible..

In the unlikely event you have received a defective item, please contact us Click Here! immediately with the following information:

  • A description
  • Photographic evidence

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to customer support!

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement.

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly. 

Unfortunately, we currently don't offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds.

Unfortunately, we only provide free UK return at the moment. The return service is provided by Royal Mail. All other countries are subject to returns shipping costs which may vary. For all other countries and babes that wish to return by using your own preferred courier service, We always recommend returning your items via a tracked service as we, unfortunately, can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

You have up to 30 days to initiate your return from the moment your Miss Floral order is delivered. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items, it’s easy babe – we promise!

Follow these simple steps to return:

  • Package your item securely to avoid any damage. Enclose your order invoice/receipt.
  • Go to our return portal, ( click on 'Make A Return' below )
  • Select Box / Bag
  • Select Yes if your return package is less than 20kg and smaller than 61cm ( L ) x 46cm ( W ) x 46cm ( D )? If not please contact us Click Here!
  • Enter your order number (e.g. 12345), your reason for return and your details. ( fields marked with * are mandatory ) Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
  • Select Make your label.
  • You will be prompted to download a returns label.
  • You may press Download, print and apply the label to your package ensuring you do not place any tape over the barcode so it can be easily scanned. 
  • Drop off your item at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point and then you’ll receive proof of posting. 
  • Don't worry if you don't have access to a printer.
  • Royal Mail will also email it to you too along with a QR CODE.
  • Simply show the ‘QR CODE’ on your mobile phone at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.
  • They will scan the QR code and print a label for you.
  • The QR code can be found at the bottom of this email. ( Note this is not the PDF file attached )
  • Finally, drop your item off at the same time and then you’ll receive proof of posting.

e don't want you to worry about anything during the Christmas holiday period, so that you can relax and buy all your gifts before the Christmas rush. We therefore have an extended our returns policy for Christmas – all items purchased after the 31st October in any year can be returned up until the end of January in the year immediately following the previous year.
